2) Work hard and figure out how to be useful and don’t try to imitate anybody else’s success. Figure out how to do it for yourself with yourself.

3) Don’t stress about the Could haves. If it should have, it would have.

Health tips….

Dry Eyes :

Dry eyes can also cause Blurry Vision. Blurry vision can make it difficult to focus and see fine detail.

Digital eye strain, which usually results from staring at a computer screen without blinking for long periods, can also cause dry eyes and blurry vision.

Depending on the cause of your blurry vision, some natural treatment and lifestyle changes might help you see more clearly.

Rest and recovery – Your eyes are sensitive and need rest, just like the rest of the body, we need to make sure that we get enough of good sleep. If you sit at a computer for long periods of the day, take breaks about every 20 minutes and blink your eye lids to enable lubrication of the eyes. Also you can try and look / focus on an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds and then blink your eyes.

Healthy Foods : We should try and consume Vitamin rich foods that are good for eye sight like carrots, broccoli, Spinach etc.

Always remembering that too much of anything is not good. Everything with moderation is what will actually help.
