Thoughts for the week….

Peace : it doesn’t mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work ; it means being amidst all of this and still being calm in your heart.

Relax. Don’t worry. Everything is going to be alright.

Life is all about balance. You don’t always need to be getting stuff done. Sometimes it’s perfectly OK, and absolutely necessary, to stop, sit back and do nothing.

Thoughts for the week….

At the end of the day, you can either focus on what’s tearing you apart, or you can focus on what’s keeping you together.

Fight with your strength. But not with others’ weakness! Because true success lies in your efforts, not in others’ defeats.

Every moment of your life and existence is precious, learn to value it.

Learning to Have a Critic….

In our life, it is good to have a just critic, it could be a friend or a family member. Someone who can tell us exactly how we look or how our actions look. Only then can we make the necessary changes to have a better life or relationships.

But, too often we are surrounded by people who flatter us and tell us things just to be on the good books with us. They don’t mean what they say, and they don’t say what they mean. This is not good for our well-being. In fact, in some cases, people around us tend to be like that because, we as individuals are not willing to accept suggestions or corrections, good advice, or opinions from others.

There are few others who will always be against anything that we do or say. If they don’t like anything, then even others should not like it. These people you should be careful about, because we do not know if their intentions are good.

Children are fortunate to have good parents, elders, teachers, who guide them and help them to improve. If the children take the advice in a positive manner, they have much to gain, but if they detest, protest, or dislike being told things, they have much to lose.

When someone gives you their opinion, learn to take it gracefully. Try to understand why they said what they said, and make the necessary changes for improvement.

Constructive criticism is always good.

Thoughts for the week….

Build someone up. Pay them a compliment. Remind them they’re amazing. It costs you nothing, but it means everything.

To make a difference in someone’s life you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful, or perfect. You just have to CARE.

TRUTH is like a surgery. It hurts but it heals. A LIE is like a painkiller. It gives instant relief but has side effects forever.

Thoughts for the week….

1. Live a Life that is meaningful and satisfying to you, and not one that is lived to impress others.

2. In silence you find many answers, so try to spare a few minutes during the day to remain silent.

3. By believing passionately in something that still does not exist, we create it. The non-existent is whatever we have not sufficiently desired.
